Overview WearelookingforaDirectorofInformationTechnology.AstheDirectorofIT,youwilloverseeanddirectallaspectsoftheInformationTechnology(IT)department. Responsibilities PrimaryResponsibilitiesinclude: Strategicplanningandimplementationofnewtechnologies.Craftsstrategicplaninconcertwiththeleadershipteam.Setsgoalsandprovidesinputforlong-termplanning. InternalITBusinessSystemsandapplicationsmaintenanceandsupport. Responsibleforbudgeting,planning,implementation,andmanagementofmultipledatacentersandremotebranchoffices. Maintenanceandoperationalstabilityfortheorganization’sonlineProductPortfolio,strategicplanningandimplementationofnewtechnologies,andqualityassuranceforallaspectsofthesesystems. Staff,contractor,andconsultantshiring,development,andtraining Preparesannualbudget,setspolicy,andreviewsperformanceforalldepartmentstaff. EmbraceITIL,andITSMframeworkstoprovidemeasurementalongwithreportingofavailabilitytoachieve99.9%uptimefordatacenterresources. AchieveandmaintainISO2700xcertificationfordatacenterandbusinessoperations. Qualifications Education: MastersDegreeinComputerScienceand/orBusinessManagementwithanemphasisonComputerSciences.(Managerial/professionalworkexperiencemaybesubstitutedforanadvanceddegree.) Formaleducation,certificateprogramsencompassingManagerialPractices,PersonnelManagement,ITProjectPlanning,andQualityAssurancePractices. Experience: Minimumof10yearsofinformationtechnologyand/orsoftwareengineeringexperience.Fifteenormorearepreferred.7yearsofmanagementexperience. SpecialSkills: FocusonCustomer/ClientSatisfaction. Excellentorganizationalandleadershipskills. Excellentwrittenandoralpresentationskills. Professionalindemeanor. Abilitytohandlemultipletasks;self-initiative. Considerablecreative,independent,andoriginalthinkingisrequired. Mustbecapableofmanagingmultiplecomplexprojectsandassignmentsconcurrently. Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
