Job Details Job Location: Lamberton, MN 56152 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly Meadowland Farmers Coop proudly serves 15 small town communities in Southwest Minnesota providing Agronomy, Grain, Energy and Feed services. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at the main office in Lamberton. Job Responsibilities Provide a high level of customer service both on the phone and in person, answering and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Accurate data entry in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Process Agronomy invoicing and Grain accounting. Reporting, inventory, invoicing for all departments. Own data entry and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Qualifications High school diploma and 2+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Accuracy and close attention to detail are a must along with great communication and customer service skills. Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
