Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR)

We are currently offering a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position. Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation(ADOR) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. ADOR Responsibilities: Assist the director with administration, clinical planning, development & operations of all therapy programs. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each resident. Provide motivation, mentorship & instruct therapy staff members in specific PT, OT SLP therapy models.
