Senior Manager, GTM & Business Operations

Role Description

As Senior Manager, GTM & Business Operations, you'll operate as a shared strategic leader across growth and operations for True Link’s flagship Visa Card. You'll work with card business leaders to own cross-functional initiatives end to end — structuring the approach, driving execution, and delivering the outcome.

• Own a rotating portfolio of high priority strategic and operational projects, spanning growth, operations, and new verticals.
• Lead projects end-to-end, setting the strategy, building the plan, aligning our team, and driving results.
• Power the growth engine of our flagship product, contributing to experimentation, architecture, and launch of new verticals and product offerings.
• Partner with company leadership to carry high priority initiatives to completion, bringing structure, momentum, and a long-term view.
• Partner with senior leaders on strategic decision-making around growth, providing analytical rigor and structure.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience, valuing quality of thinking over exact count.
• Rigor, structured problem-solving, and sharp communication skills, often built in management consulting or a similar environment.
• Agency and speed often honed in a growth-stage startup.
• Experience owning and delivering on a topline business goal end-to-end.
• Ability to operate independently at a high level with persistence, humility, and detail orientation.
• Structured thinker and communicator, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Quick learner with the ability to build command of a new domain or industry.
• Effective at building trust with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Fluent with data, including advanced Excel/Sheets; SQL, Python, or equivalent data-extraction skills are a strong plus.
