Position: Project Coordinator Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Travel: 15% *Candidates MUST reside in the vicinity of either San Diego, CA, or Virginia Beach, VA* Position Summary The Project Coordinator serves as the focal point for the execution of the M‑SOFS 2.0 IDIQ contract between NSW personnel, and Seventh Dimension's Program Manager regarding all administrative and operation requirements including issues and discrepancies. Duties and Responsibilities Reports directly to the M‑SOFS 2.0 IDIQ Program Manager Responsible for the performance of work conducted under the contract Plan, direct, organize, control, and coordinate technical efforts Direct the completion of tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints Enforce work standards and review/resolve work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements Provide advice and guidance regarding the planning, execution, and re‑constitution of assets Identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations Assist with recruiting, hiring, and terminating employees and contractors working in support of this contract Enforce Quality Control and Quality Management in support of contract performance and delivery When required at the direction of the Program Manager, effectively interface with the Government's COR and Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) Required Skills and Abilities Possess a current TOP SECRET clearance Former Navy Seal Must have held the rank of E6 or above 10 years' total experience in SOF assigned organizations, as military, Government civilian, or contractor 3 years' experience as a Program Manager on a DoD Contract or with DoD College Degree (Associates or above) in any business related field Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work with minimal guidance and direction, proactive and mission focused Ability to travel as required Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The employee is required to stand, walk, sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
