We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team and help with office operations. You will perform some clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are also seeking experience in social media marketing
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage positive customer relationships.
- Answer inbound telephone calls and create a positive customer experience for new prospects and existing customers.
- Enter customer information, manage, and maintain company CRM system.
- Have a working knowledge of the business and be able to confidently answer prospect and customer questions..
- Spearhead Social Media Marketing for the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office operations or other related fields.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks Onlne and Payroll functions.
- Successful Social Media Marketing resume.
