Vice President, Marketing North America
This brand is looking for a Vice President of Marketing to lead its North America business at a pivotal moment of growth. Coming off a strong run of brand momentum and continued category growth, the company is investing more deeply in its regional strategy, making this a critical time for a marketing leader to step in and help shape what\'s next.
Reporting to the General Manager of the Americas, the VP will own the full North America marketing strategy — from go-to-market planning and execution through P&L ownership and category performance. This is a highly commercial role: the ideal candidate treats marketing as a direct driver of sales, brings an ROI-first mindset to the team, and has the financial fluency to set and deliver against annual sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead 360° go to market plans across PR, influencer, and paid media in North America
- Set annual sales targets and own P&L and category performance for the region
- Build and elevate the brand\'s influencer marketing function, using Earned Media Value (EMV) as the core metric for events and partnerships
- Partner closely with retail partners (i.e. Sephora) to drive retail distortion and digital content excellence across D2C and e retail
- Champion North America\'s point of view with Global HQ, pushing ideas through and challenging the business constructively while staying supportive of the broader global vision
- Mentor and develop an entrepreneurial, high energy team, bringing seasoned judgment and stability to a group that\'s eager to grow
Looking for:
- 12+ years of beauty marketing experience, with deep expertise in influencer marketing and event strategy
- A strong commercial and financial mindset, comfortable tying marketing investment directly to sales outcomes
- Required experience with Sephora; Ulta and Amazon experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the US and LATAM markets and their core customers
- The agility to thrive in a fast paced, founder led environment where decisions move quickly
- Genuine alignment with Huda Beauty values and voice
- Comfort operating within a Global HQ dynamic, with the cultural fluency to navigate that relationship well
