Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify their strengths and resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans with measurable goals and strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, formulating safety plans and recommendations as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that meets ethical, legal, and organizational standards, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups, empowering clients with skills and knowledge for improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation and possess a valid state license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
