Lead Executive Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly capable Lead Executive Assistant to support a private UHNW principal across multiple residences. This is a senior, player-coach role blending hands-on executive support with leadership of an existing EA/PA team. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and is equally comfortable executing at a high level and overseeing team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

• Manage complex calendar and scheduling across personal priorities
• Coordinate high-touch travel
• Travel alongside the principal as needed
• Oversee reservations, preferences, and lifestyle logistics

Team Leadership & Operations

• Oversee and coordinate a multi-layered support function across locations
• Facilitate regular team alignment and communication
• Partner cross-functionally with household staff, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Act as a central hub for day-to-day operations and communication
• Identify and address coverage needs, workflow gaps, and operational priorities
• Step in and execute as needed to maintain continuity and high standards

Schedule & Travel

• High flexibility required across schedule and location
• Frequent travel required
• Weekend availability as needed
