Job Description Manager, Sales Enablement Company: Flex (Flexbase Technologies Inc.) Location: Remote (US-based); occasional travel for off‑sites. Roles available in San Francisco, Miami, New York, and fully remote. Employment Type: Full‑time Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base plus equity Department: Revenue / Sales Reports To: Director of Revenue Operations Flex is building the AI‑native private bank for business owners. As the company's first dedicated Sales Enablement hire, this role involves building programs from scratch for a GTM (Go‑to‑Market) team of about 30 people (AEs, BDRs, and partnerships). The ideal candidate will act as a force multiplier, leveraging AI tools to design, build, and measure programs directly linked to revenue as the team scales. Onboarding & Ramp Design and own end‑to‑end onboarding programs for AE, BDR, and partnerships roles (product knowledge, sales process, tool proficiency). Build role‑specific certification paths and 30/60/90‑day ramp benchmarks. Track and report on time‑to‑productivity for every new hire. Partner with sales managers to identify breakdowns in new rep performance and close gaps quickly. Ongoing Enablement Develop and maintain a living sales playbook by segment (updated quarterly or as market evolves). Build and manage a content library: battle cards, objection‑handling guides, competitive positioning, and discovery frameworks. Own call coaching infrastructure via Apollo (review cadences, scorecards, feedback loops). Facilitate role‑specific enablement sessions (live, async, AI‑assisted) tied to real deal scenarios. Sales Methodology & Process Champion a consistent sales methodology across AE and BDR teams (discovery, qualification, multi‑stakeholder navigation). Collaborate with RevOps to ensure Salesforce stages, fields, and dashboards reflect actual selling behaviors. Identify and address execution gaps in the funnel (conversion rates, stage stalls, ACV variance). Cross‑Functional Collaboration Own the sales enablement workstream for every new product launch (pre‑launch readiness to post‑launch feedback). Partner with the RevOps Director on sequence strategy and outbound tooling (Clay, Apollo, Orum). Bridge the feedback loop between GTM and Product/Engineering. Measurement Define and own enablement KPIs: ramp time, content adoption, methodology adherence, win rate, and pipeline conversion. Report on program effectiveness to leadership to drive continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Experience: 4–6 years in sales enablement or revenue enablement at a B2B company (fintech/financial services experience preferred). Scale: Proven track record of building enablement programs from scratch in high‑growth environments. Tech Stack: Proficient in Salesforce (reports, stage hygiene); familiarity with Apollo and ZoomInfo is a plus. LMS: Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems or knowledge management platforms; ability to deliver multi‑modal learning. AI Fluency: Strong proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for content creation and workflow acceleration. Soft Skills: Strong written/verbal communication; high ownership instinct; ability to translate field feedback into program improvements. Nice to Have Experience supporting both outbound BDR and consultative AE motions simultaneously. Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, or Orum in a BDR enablement context. Experience with partner or channel enablement. Experience in rapid AE headcount scaling (2x–4x in 12–18 months). Comfort with SQL or BI tools (Hex, Looker) for independent data analysis.
