Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns; this may include utilizing tools such as standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and address their unique mental health challenges, ensuring measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client growth.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care, sharing insights on client progress and areas for continued support.

Qualifications\n
