Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments that evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring that treatment plans are customized to their unique situations.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions that address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient support, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapy outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing education and training, staying abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active licensure in your respective field, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, validated by the appropriate state authority.

• At least three (3) years of hands-on experience working with clients facing emotional challenges, demonstrating a strong understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly and effectively.
