They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major higher education project.This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with university stakeholders, and delivering exceptional facilities that positively impact students, faculty, and campus communities.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through turnover.Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and project reporting.Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control.Develop and maintain project schedules in partnership with the Superintendent.Monitor project costs, forecasting, and financial performance.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.Facilitate client meetings and provide regular progress updates to university stakeholders.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Support subcontractor procurement and buyout activities.Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning coordination, and turnover documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.Experience delivering higher education, institutional, K-12 or large commercial projects.Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project financials, scheduling, and risk management.Experience managing projects upwards of $30M.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an active campus environment.What is on OfferCompetitive base salaryAnnual performance bonusVehicle allowance or company vehicleComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
