Associate Training & Development

Job Summary:

Seeking an Associate, Accelerating Talent to support talent development programs, leadership initiatives, interview coordination, onboarding activities, and training administration. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate talent development programs and project activities.
• Manage high-volume interview scheduling and stakeholder communications.
• Support onboarding, training workshops, and employee development events.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist with event logistics, purchase orders, presentations, and program communications.
• Administer assessments, registrations, and training-related processes.

Preferred:

• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, Recruiting Coordination, or Talent Development.
• Power BI experience.
• Experience coordinating complex scheduling and training programs.
