Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and treatment efficacy, scheduling appointments, and planning discharges as appropriate.
\n
• Create and oversee personalized, person-centered treatment plans based on client needs, collaborating closely with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals.
\n
• Document all client interactions, including detailed progress notes and progress toward treatment goals to maintain accurate records.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients and identify their unique needs and challenges.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance your professional development.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment strategies.

• Approach client care with a growth mindset, continually seeking to improve therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, presenting various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Competency in using technology and software for documentation and reporting, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical software.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services and the ability to conduct intake assessments effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
