Tax Manager – CPA Firm - Eastern Suffolk County, Long Island, New York We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing CPA firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients, mentoring staff, and managing a diverse portfolio of tax engagements. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of public accounting tax experience Active CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required Strong knowledge of individual, corporate, partnership, S corporation, trust, and nonprofit tax returns Experience with tax planning, research, and IRS/state tax matters Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills Experience with UltraTax tax software is a strong plus Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns Provide proactive tax planning and consulting services to clients Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor Supervise, mentor, and review the work of tax staff Research tax issues and ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations Coordinate multiple engagements while maintaining high-quality client service We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment where your expertise is valued.
