Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, discuss treatment goals, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Document client interactions and progress notes diligently and consistently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand the presenting issues and establish a baseline for effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, supporting clients in achieving personal goals and enhancing their mental wellness.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to ensure quality of care and professional growth.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, including both adults and children facing a variety of mental health challenges. You’ll work intimately with clients from different backgrounds, utilizing your skills to provide tailored psychotherapy that addresses their specific needs. Many clients are navigating life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, or behavioral issues, and your role will help facilitate healing and promote ongoing mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting is essential.

• Proficiency in digital tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY, is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses.
