Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and interventions pertinent to each patient’s journey.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions that cater to diverse needs, combining approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care that meets the overall needs of clients.

• Offering crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when clients experience acute challenges.

• Ensuring all documentation is maintained accurately and adheres to ethical and legal standards set forth by the profession and regulatory bodies.

• Conducting group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that promote shared learning and community healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and other psychological conditions. By utilizing a range of evidence-based therapies, you will support clients from different backgrounds in navigating their unique paths to mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
