What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do


As the Kitchen Manager, you will lead all back-of-house operations while building a kitchen culture centered on quality, accountability, teamwork, and pride.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading daily BOH operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Hiring, training, coaching, and developing kitchen team members
• Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Managing food costs, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and waste
• Creating effective schedules and managing preparation and production systems
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Improving ticket times, execution, and kitchen efficiency
• Remaining visible and engaged throughout high-volume services
• Partnering with restaurant leadership to strengthen overall performance
• Creating a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture

What Will Help You Succeed


The strongest candidates will have:

• 3-5+ years of Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH management experience
• Experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of food-cost control, inventory, labor management, scheduling, and kitchen systems
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• The ability to remain organized and composed under pressure
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

A culinary degree or certification is a plus but is not required.
