Pay Range: $21.00 $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

What's a typical day as Billing Specialist? You'll be:
- Managing assigned accounts with daily follow-up on billing and claims reconciliation
- Processing billing to payers and investigating claim denials to ensure payment is received
- Maintaining account receivable spreadsheets and balances accurately
- Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to resolve billing issues
- Reporting payer-related concerns and providing software performance analysis to the Billing Supervisor
- Ensuring compliance with internal billing procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Billing Supervisor

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
