Key Responsibilities Manage your own caseload by determining the number of clients you wish to see while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates your availability and lifestyle. Utilize innovative marketing support techniques to grow your practice effectively, enhancing your visibility and outreach to potential clients. Provide personalized therapeutic support to clients, responding to their unique needs through tailored therapeutic approaches, including individual, couples, and family therapies. Streamline the care process by offering real-time support to clients as they seek care, ensuring they feel heard and understood throughout their journey. Facilitate instant verification of client insurance benefits, minimizing barriers to access and allowing clients to focus on their healing journey with confidence. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will engage a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and family dynamics. You will play a vital role in establishing a trusting relationship with clients from varying cultural backgrounds, ensuring that their unique needs are met with sensitivity and empathy. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LMFT in New York State. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while also being a proactive collaborator within a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare professionals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven capability in establishing rapport with a diverse clientele. Preferred Experience Experience in trauma-informed therapy practices. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms, enhancing the delivery of remote care. A track record of successful client outcomes and satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
