Description – Responsibilities You'll Embrace

• Conduct routine as well as advanced clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy in analyzing results, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and oversee preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for various tests as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold lab quality standards with commitment.
• Promote a clean, safe working environment while following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• Obtaining the ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintaining an active certification throughout the term of employment.
