Howard K. Hill Funeral Services is looking for a professional Funeral Director to assist with our three Connecticut funeral homes. We are in search of candidates who are intelligent, talented, caring, honest, reliable, and ready to work hard. We expect our people to be compassionate, detailed, artistic, and to have a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the families and the community that we serve.

This position interacts directly with families during their time of grief and is responsible for creating and maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction. It requires a commitment to integrity, accountability, commitment, respect and empathy, providing caring and compassionate services when families are most in need. This position requires the right candidate to be computer and system savvy. Accountable directly to the company owner/CEO.

 

Requirements:

Be Licensed for at least 24 months with a license in Connecticut, proficient with embalming, professional decorum, possess a high level of flexibility and accountability. Ability to work well with a team.

 

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:

Computer savvy, embalming required, highly dependable, committed to the industry, committed to service, looking for durability, experience preferred, but would except someone that is hungry and willing to work hard and wants to learn.
