Our client, a leading organization in strategic business initiatives, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Strategic Programs department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $71.94

What's the Job?

• Lead the organization's most complex, high-impact strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Translate executive vision into comprehensive execution strategies with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Drive enterprise initiatives that enhance business capabilities, operational performance, and customer experience.
• Partner with executive leadership to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage multiple concurrent strategic programs involving cross-functional teams and external vendors.

What's Needed?

• 12+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Proven success in leading geographically dispersed project teams and managing organizational change.
• Experience with ERP projects, WMS deployment, and enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders within highly matrixed organizations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, operational discipline, and stakeholder management skills.
