Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Insight Space, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to gather pertinent information regarding patients’ psychological and emotional well-being, forming the foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Providing psychotherapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, allowing for adaptability to patient preferences.

• Maintaining thorough clinical records to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, facilitating transparency and accountability in patient care.

• Engaging in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary team members to hone care strategies, optimize treatment effectiveness, and address any emerging patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
