Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify client needs and risk factors.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their individual goals, cultural backgrounds, and unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various formats, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
