Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals and foster their resilience.

• Provide both individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in advocacy efforts to ensure clients have adequate access to resources and support services.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including educators, community organizations, and mental health professionals, to enhance service delivery and address systemic barriers.

• Participate actively in program development, implementation, and evaluation, contributing to grant reporting and policy initiatives.

• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and outcomes achieved, ensuring compliance with funding and licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily focus on the student population within the school environment, addressing a diverse range of issues that may stem from trauma, family dynamics, academic pressures, and social challenges. In addition, you will work with families to empower them in understanding and supporting their children’s emotional and mental health needs, fostering a cohesive approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
