Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, providing necessary therapeutic interventions both virtually and in-person within community settings.

• Conduct thorough assessments, create integrated care plans, and facilitate access to additional linked services for clients.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings, ensuring open communication and collaboration with colleagues to advance shared goals and initiatives.

• Monitor client engagement, from screening through treatment and discharge, to ensure the best possible outcomes and adherence to treatment protocols.

• Engage in crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques and necessary interventions to support clients in distress.

• Document interactions and client progress accurately, and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Maintain on-call availability during program hours for urgent client needs as assigned.
\n
• Participate in committees focused on quality improvement and the enhancement of service delivery within the organization.

This position serves a wide-ranging clientele, including individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds who face various psychosocial challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical social work setting, dealing with mental health issues.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and other digital communication tools necessary for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
