Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans based on the latest best practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of each student.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and federal regulations.

• Collaborating with diverse treatment team members, including educators, school psychologists, and parental figures, to ensure holistic care.

• Engaging in case consultations and ongoing professional development to share insights and enhance service delivery.

• Providing ongoing education to families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available community resources.

• Continuously updating your clinical knowledge to incorporate the latest research findings into your practice.

• Successfully managing a caseload of students, ensuring professional guidelines set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school system, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Georgia.

• Proficient knowledge of solution-based therapeutic methodologies and interventions.

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
