Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients to establish effective treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, focusing on coping strategies, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.

• Ensure each client successfully transitions from therapy by conducting discharge sessions that clarify coping skills and transition plans while confirming future appointments with patients and their loved ones.

• Communicate proactively with referral sources and outpatient providers at critical points in the treatment process to ensure seamless transitions through different levels of care.

• Actively participate in outreach initiatives and program informational tours to enhance community awareness of mental health resources.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to document sessions, treatment progress, and case management details in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus primarily on working with students ranging from elementary through high school, each with unique challenges including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will employ evidence-based strategies to foster resilience, providing them with the tools to navigate both academic and personal challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your expertise is valued, and our competitive salary structure offers a yearly compensation range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 based on caseload and experience.
