\n \nWhat You’ll Steer Day to Day
\nAs an Entry-Level Project Coordinator , you’ll work directly alongside senior project directors while mastering core workflow management and operational planning skills.

- Maintain Master Schedules: Keep project timelines, action trackers, milestone logs, and status updates perfectly structured and up to date. \n
- Coordinate Cross-Team Alignment: Work closely with field teams, venue partners, and client leads to ensure resources and expectations stay synchronized. \n
- Identify Risks & Solve Delays: Monitor project milestones, catch timeline bottlenecks early, and help roll out practical field solutions. \n
- Facilitate Project Syncs: Support morning strategy briefings, document key action items, assign priority tasks, and track follow-through. \n
