Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy tailored to a variety of client backgrounds and presenting issues, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client notes and records to comply with state and insurance standards, utilizing our integrated billing service.

• Schedule ongoing client appointments, manage caseloads effectively, and keep an updated calendar to facilitate seamless continuity of care.

• Actively collaborate with fellow team members to enhance service strategies and share best practices, leveraging our supportive environment for continuous growth.

• Conduct benefit and eligibility checks for clients to optimize their therapy experience and provide informed financial guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic spans all age groups, from children to seniors, with many facing complex emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care and family dynamics related to hospice services. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Maryland.

• Self-motivated with effective time management skills to balance a full-time 40-hour work week.

• Availability for evening appointments at least two nights a week to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses. As a full-time W2 employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive compensation package that includes health insurance, fully covered overhead costs, and the flexibility to create your own work schedule.
