Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify presenting issues, understand mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans focused on achievable outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes, all in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available community resources, and treatment options while advocating for their needs within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach and cultural competence will be essential in establishing trust and rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) within the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective treatment modalities.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
