Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting mental and emotional well-being.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

• Regularly establish and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on progress and client feedback.

• Provide teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing logistical or mobility challenges, maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance via digital communication tools.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards, including session notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, supervision, and peer collaboration to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
