Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to help clients improve their mental health and achieve their personal goals.

• Acting as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in defining their therapeutic goals and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are adults who have been carefully screened before accessing services. These individuals typically present with low acuity mental health concerns, making them suitable for outpatient treatment. You will be matched with clients based on your areas of expertise and demographic preferences, ensuring that your caseload aligns with your background and interests.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted state license to practice independently as one of the following: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
