This position is responsible for supervising the production capabilities of the Company’s generating assets, ensuring adequate generating capacity and efficient utilization of the assets and resources necessary to deliver power to customers. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – IRC9754 Location: WILSON STATION, CENTERTOWN, KY Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing adequate, efficient generation capacity through safe and reliable equipment operation in order to meet system generation requirements in the most cost‑effective manner by supervising multiple trades. Also, responsible for providing investment resource planning, forecasting, and coordinating work management systems to meet business needs. The individual must be able to identify and develop work management practices for preventive and predictive maintenance activities aimed at improving reliability and availability while focusing on personnel safety. A thorough knowledge of generating plant equipment and maintenance processes and procedures. Well‑rounded knowledge in the trades of mechanical, electrical, machining, and instrumentation.
