Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients dealing with major mental health issues and emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their recovery.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
\n
• Participate actively in case reviews and team meetings, contributing insights and suggestions for improving service delivery.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and COHC's code of conduct while advocating for client rights and choices.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses, many of whom are navigating the complexities that accompany substance use issues. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in fostering a therapeutic alliance, assessing risk, and implementing crisis management strategies to support clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (MSW preferred) and an active LCSW license in Arizona.

• Strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
