Schedule: Monday-Saturday with a scheduled day off

Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 (base salary & bonuses)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive monthly sales, gross profit, and dealership performance objectives
• Lead, coach, train, and develop the sales team
• Collaborate with sales management team on forecasts, staffing, compensation, promotions, and advertising strategy
• Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, acquisition, merchandising, and allocation
• Oversee appraisals, demonstrations, and dealership processes
• Review and approve sales promotions and merchandising standards
• Monitor team performance through regular meetings, training, and accountability
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining exceptional satisfaction and loyalty
• Other tasks assigned by the General Sales Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive sales/management experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
