As a Luxury Sales Manager , this pivotal role requires a dynamic professional who excels in managing high-end sales operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury automotive market.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop strategic plans for penetrating and growing the luxury vehicle market.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Luxury Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury automotive market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
