About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Fund Origination team, with a primary focus on product development, structuring, and lifecycle management of alternative investment vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to onboard and manage funds that invest alongside third-party alternative asset managers for wealth management channels. This role involves close collaboration with asset and wealth managers to ensure that the structured funds meet client, regulatory, and commercial requirements. The Vice President will also oversee the creation of marketing materials, engage with internal legal and compliance teams, and contribute to strategic projects to enhance the company's service offerings. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in product structuring, fund administration, or custodial relationships. Strong expertise in alternative investments, particularly in various fund structures and lifecycle management, is essential. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be adaptable to a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, and demonstrate a proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results.
