Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to discern individual patient needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans focused on recovery.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to implement effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address collective mental health challenges, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other therapy providers to ensure holistic care for patients, discussing treatment plans and progress during regular case consultations.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health distress, employing strong risk assessment skills and immediate therapeutic interventions.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources to enhance their coping strategies and overall wellness.

• Stay informed of advancements in the field, attending professional development workshops and incorporating the latest evidence into therapeutic practices.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in delivering therapeutic interventions in an outpatient psychiatric setting is preferred, particularly with experience working with diverse and underserved populations.
