Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring access to necessary resources and support systems.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings as well as detailed assessments when indicated, ensuring interventions are developmentally appropriate and relevant to clients' conditions.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and improve treatment outcomes.

• Monitor and report on client progress, including assessments for admission, continued care, and discharge processes to ensure effective treatment transitions.

• Assist with crisis intervention efforts and manage safety concerns, adhering to established protocols for risk assessment and client safety.

• Ensure timely documentation of client encounters and maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational standards.

• Participate in committees focused on improving agency services and enhancing overall quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Balance Mind Mental Healthcare offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
