Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand patients' emotional, social, and financial needs and collaboratively develop individualized care plans.

At the Latinx Talk Therapy & Wellness Center, you will work primarily with Latinx individuals and families who may be facing barriers related to access to mental health resources, stigma surrounding mental illness, and culturally specific challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate these complex issues, allowing them to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Additionally, you should have a robust understanding of current mental health practices and crisis intervention techniques.
