Eén aanspreekpunt, het volledige traject. Functieomschrijving Je netwerkt actief bij KMO's, projectontwikkelaars en eigenaars van kantoorgebouwen. Je voert strategische gesprekken met zaakvoerders, CEO's en beslissingsnemers over werkplekstrategie en transformatieprojecten. Je brengt jouw netwerk mee en wordt succesvol ondersteund door een ervaren team van interieurarchitecten, projectmanagers en backoffice medewerkers, zodat jij je maximaal kan focussen op klanten en commerciële opportuniteiten . Je begeleidt projecten van eerste handdruk tot oplevering en betaling, in nauwe samenwerking met het interne team. Je stemt jouw commerciële strategie, pipeline en opportuniteiten af met het managementteam . Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in B2B-projectverkoop , bij voorkeur in kantoorinrichting en/of vastgoed . Comfortabel met lange salescycli van 6 maanden of meer. Je weet hoe je een traject levend houdt zonder de prospect te verliezen. Een aantoonbaar netwerk , niet op papier maar in het echt. KMO-zaakvoerders, ondernemers en beslissingsnemers die je deze week kan bellen. Professioneel voorkomen . Je hoort thuis aan een directietafel, op een natuurlijke manier. Eerlijk . Klare taal, geen overbeloftes. Onze klanten verdienen dat. Zelfsturend en resultaatgericht . Je weet wat je moet doen en je doet het. Vlot in het Nederlands . Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
