Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and prioritize their mental health needs.

• Assess clients’ emotional and mental health to identify areas for improvement and intervention; utilize clinical assessments as needed.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary to clients in acute emotional distress, ensuring safety and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to all ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Stay informed about licensure requirements, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic approaches through continuous education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on assisting a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families navigating challenges such as relationship issues, addiction recovery, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
