Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to establish individualized treatment plans that foster recovery.

• Continuously monitor client outcomes and adjust interventions as needed, working collaboratively with the treatment team.

• Provide therapeutic support to families, facilitating understanding and strategies aimed at enhancing their child’s emotional and social development.

• Build strong rapport with children, families, and team members through active listening and empathetic communication.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and recommend tailored strategies in partnership with families to promote child development.

• Implement coaching methodologies and natural environment teaching to effectively engage clients in their own healing processes.

• Document session notes and therapeutic progress systematically to ensure compliance with organizational standards and billing practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be pivotal in guiding clients through their therapeutic processes, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and substance use. Our approach emphasizes recovery and empowerment, ensuring that every client feels supported and equipped to make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a relevant mental health setting.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring timely completion of documentation and billing tasks.

• Self-motivated with the capability to take initiative in developing client relationships and tracking outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Although not required, experience working in telehealth settings or familiarity with natural environment practices will be advantageous in this role. Additionally, having a background in family therapy or child counseling can enhance effectiveness in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
