Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards.

• Lead psychoeducation workshops and support groups to empower clients with knowledge and promote community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
