Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching license required; candidates with alternative relevant certifications are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with students with ASD highly preferred
- Classroom-based teaching background, ideally in an elementary setting
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction to students in a .4 FTE Special Education role
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to deliver instructional accommodations and modifications
- Maintain accurate documentation, IEPs, and progress reports
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom culture for diverse learners
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school-based professional development
- Engage daily on-site for partial day shifts, five days a week
