Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their physical health, mobility, and capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including exercises, hands-on therapy, and assistive technologies aimed at reduces pain and enhances mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in patient goals and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment strategies, assistive device usage, and therapeutic exercises to promote active participation in their healing process.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to support shared patient management goals, enhancing interdisciplinary communication.
• Continuously enhance your professional competence by attending workshops, pursuing continuing education opportunities, and participating in professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your practice will involve treating a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience
