Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) preferred Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, or similar); Paychex Flex a plus Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Job Duties Manage full-cycle accounting functions including AR (payment processing, collections) and AP (vendor invoices, expense reports) Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and support accruals Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with customers and vendors Assist with payroll processing, fixed assets, and depreciation schedules Support month-end and year-end close, including financial statement preparation and audit support Prepare financial, sales, and operational reports Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and internal controls Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance, STD & LTD Insurance 401(K) with company match up to 3% Generous paid time off and holidays Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
